Flange type of full flex heavy duty couplings are srong rugged gear couplings utilized for a wide range of industrial power transmission applications. These are couplings with easy lubrication opportunity and high misalignment capability.

Features

• Availability of flange FF heavy duty couplings from F8 to F18.

• Maximum angular misalignment 1/2° per gear mesh. Applications in excess of 1/2° misalignment per flex half coupling should be referred to SCI.

• Sizes 5-1/2, 6 and 7 not available in shrouded bolt.

• Load ratings / torque capacities are based on full 1° misalignment per gear mesh. Selection service factors are required.
