Aignep FRL Air Treatment Unit
The Aignep FRL Air Treatment Unit is designed with a durable technopolymeric body, bowl, filter ring, and condensate exhaust, along with brass threaded inserts and a PE filtering cartridge. It handles compressed air with threaded connections of 1/8" and 1/4" NPTF. Filtration options include 5 µm, 20 µm (standard), and 50 µm, with a flow rate of 800 NI/min at 6 bar. The unit operates at pressures up to 15 bar (217 psi) and temperatures from -10°C (14°F) to 50°C (122°F). The bowl has a capacity of 17.5 cm³, and the condensation exhaust is manual or semi-automatic. Proper assembly requires the filter, regulator, and lubricator to be connected in sequence, ensuring air flows in the direction of the arrows on the components.
