WM Berg Flex-E-Pitch chains are lightweight plastic roller chains designed for smooth, reliable performance with zero backlash and no lubrication required. Constructed from molded polyurethane over a stainless steel or aramid cable core, they deliver quieter operation and reduced inertia compared to traditional chains.
Available in series 14CCF, 25CCF, 35CCF, and 7CCF, these chains feature circular pitches from .148” to .500”, widths from .23” to 40”, and lengths up to 1200”. With ultimate tensile strengths of 100-300 lbs per pin and operating loads of 25-75 lbs, Berg Flex-E-Pitch chains provide a positive drive solution that can be customized to meet specific application needs.
