BRECOflex Tensioner Idlers
BRECOflex tensioner idlers ensure proper belt tension in timing belt drives while keeping pulley centers fixed. They can be mounted on the back or tooth side of the belt and are often used to route belts or increase wrap on smaller pulleys for better power transmission, with contra-flexure designs commonly applied. Standard models include a steel shaft with greased bearings, aluminum housing, and flanges, operating reliably up to 160°F (240°F intermittent). Custom designs and materials are also available for specific applications.
