Dodge FLEXLINK Belting

Dodge FLEXLINK belting offers rapid installation, fitting into place with ease and allowing adjustment to any length for adaptability to various drives. Its long-lasting construction reduces vibration and inventory needs, as one reel can replace multiple sizes of standard belting.

The belting is oil-proof and available by the foot or reel. To determine the correct link belt length, multiply the desired pitch length by 0.916, which ensures proper belt length for initial run-in and seating. For matched sets, use the same number of links on each belt. Note that link belting should not be used above 5000 FPM belt speed, calculated as 0.262 times RPM times the pitch diameter of the sheave.
