Gambini Meccanica Helical and Straight Racks
Gambini Meccanica produces high-quality helical and straight racks using a variety of materials, including C45, SAE1141, 16MnCr5, and 42CrMo4. Standard racks are available from module 1 to module 12 in quality grades 5 to 10, while customized solutions can be produced from module 0.5 up to module 42.
Racks undergo grinding and heat treatment based on material and quality requirements to ensure superior mechanical performance. Quality 5 racks are offered up to 1000 mm, quality 6 up to 2000 mm, and lower quality racks can reach 3000 mm. For steels undergoing hardening and tempering, teeth are induction-hardened from quality 5 to 8, and also for quality 10.
