The Q-230 Series is designed as a safety solenoid valve solution for hazardous locations, making it ideal for fuel and oil applications. Constructed with cast bronze valve bodies and Velvetrol internal piston pilot operation, these valves provide dependable control for gasoline, diesel fuel, and #1 and #2 fuel oils.
They operate within a pressure range of 5 psi differential minimum to 150 psi maximum and temperatures from -40°F to 300°F. Equipped with NEMA 7 explosion-proof coils, along with watertight and dust-tight options, the Q-230 Series ensures compliance and safety in Class I Div 2 Group D and Class II Group E, F, G environments.
