The Grove Gear HERA Cast Iron Helical-Hypoid Reducer is a high-efficiency gear reducer, delivering up to 90% efficiency and twice the torque of standard worm reducers. Its versatile design allows four sizes to replace up to twelve sizes of traditional worm speed reducers, making it highly adaptable.

Built with durable cast iron housing, it features advanced helical and hypoid rolling action gearing, oversized bearings, and Viton seals for enhanced performance and longevity. Factory-lubricated with USDA H1 food-grade synthetic lubricant, it’s ideal for demanding applications, and the optional HubLoc keyless bushing system provides secure mounting on hollow output bore models.
