Designed as a premium worm reducer, it features a larger oil reservoir for superior thermal absorption and fluid consistency, which helps extend the life of the gearbox. Its rugged construction withstands frequent reversing, start/stop cycles, and heavy overhung or thrust loads, minimizing wear and downtime.

Equipped with a Viton double-lip seal for excellent heat resistance and protection from debris, as well as tapered roller bearings for high load capacities, the IRONMAN gearbox is compatible with most industry-standard reducers and includes a precision-aligned cast aluminum NEMA C-input for seamless motor integration.
