E and HE Series Roller Chains

For applications that experience high shock loads, HKK offers “E” & “HE” series chains. HKK “E” & “HE” series chains are manufactured by ANSI & API (American Petroleum Institute) standards. E & HE series chains are made using high-quality alloys and through-hardened pins to resist fatigue failure better. E series chains are dimensionally the same as standard ANSI chains, and HE series chains are the same as heavy series chains. E & HE series chains come with standard connecting links. Please specify if chains are being used in oil field applications. Oil field chains come with bushed-type connecting links and semi-press-fit inner plates for further increased fatigue resistance.
