The Hub City HERA Cast Iron Helical-Hypoid Reducer delivers high efficiency and powerful torque, achieving up to 90% efficiency and twice the torque of standard reducers. With just four sizes, it can replace up to twelve traditional worm speed reducers, making it a versatile solution. Its durable cast iron housing and rolling helical and hypoid gearing ensure dependable performance, supported by oversized bearings and Viton seals for added durability.

The reducer also features a bronze bushing quill liner and is factory-lubricated with USDA H1 Food Grade synthetic lubricant, making it suitable for food-related applications. The HubLoc keyless bushing system is available on models with a hollow output bore, enabling secure and easy installation.
