The JIE JEC2 Series Escalator Reducer is designed for long-term, efficient performance in escalator systems. Using helical and bevel gear transmission, it reduces noise and vibration to levels similar to worm gear drives while offering much higher efficiency—96% or more.
With a design life of up to 146,000 hours and a static load safety factor five times higher than standard options, it’s a reliable choice for both commercial and public escalators. The JEC2 Series delivers output torque between 3,530 and 5,150 Nm with a gear ratio of 24.5.
