Kop-Flex Series H Gear Couplings

Kop-Flex Series H Gear Couplings, available in sizes 8 to 30, are designed to handle ±1/2° misalignment per flex half, making them ideal for compensating for shaft misalignment in full-flex configurations. They are offered in full-flex, flex-rigid, floating shaft, and spacer arrangements, with custom designs also available.

Featuring a straight-faced involute stub tooth design, these couplings distribute contact pressures evenly to promote effective lubrication, reduce wear, and extend service life. Removable end rings simplify assembly and gear inspection, while a Buna-N O-ring seal ensures effective lubricant retention and protection against contaminants.
