The Maier DS Series Universal Rotary Joints are designed for high-speed operation with low frictional torque, making them especially well-suited for non-driven rolls. Available in sizes from DN 10 (3/8”) to DN 80 (3 1/2”) in both mono- and duo-flow versions, they handle water, heat transfer oil, air, and technical gases with reliability.
Their modular, self-supporting design features dual ball bearings (lubricated for life up to 80°C), a mechanical primary seal, O-ring secondary seals, and additional bearing protection.
