Martin Heavy-Duty Screen Vibrators
Screen vibrators are designed for vibrating screens and serve as a direct replacement for Retrofitting Derrick Shakers. They have high-strength cast aluminum cases and are IP66 dust-tight and water-tight. These heavy-duty vibrators provide up to 16500 pounds of centrifugal force for efficient material separation. The explosion-proof models ETL, cETL, ATEX, and IECex, are intended for hazardous-duty gas environments.
Force output is adjustable on all screen vibrator models. Long-life bearings make less noise than oil bath bearings. Bearing lubrication is required in 2000 operating hours. Dual-voltage units provide flexibility with differing power supplies.
