NOSHOK 2180 Series Chart Recorder Manifold Valve, Soft Seat

The NOSHOK 2180 Series Chart Recorder Manifold, equipped with a soft seat, is specifically designed for compatibility with chart recorders. Each manifold undergoes rigorous testing, including 100% helium leak testing to 1 x 10-4 ml/s, ensuring consistent and reliable performance.

With a 6,000 psi pressure rating at 200 °F, these manifolds feature a replaceable Acetal seat and straight through porting, facilitating bidirectional, high-capacity flow and allowing for easy roddable cleaning.

A blow-out proof stem enhances security by providing a secondary seal when fully open. Additionally, FKM o-ring seals and PTFE back-up rings beneath the stem threads protect against corrosion and galling, with the option for PTFE packing if desired. All stems are constructed from 316 Stainless Steel, further ensuring durability and longevity.
