NOSHOK 2603/2703 & 2604/2704 Series 2-Valve Block & Bleed Manifold Valves Hard Seat & Soft Tip (0.156” Orifice)

The NOSHOK 2603/2703 & 2604/2704 Series 2-Valve Block & Bleed Manifold Valves, featuring a 0.156” orifice, integrate both isolation and venting functionalities within a single valve, eliminating the need for additional tubing and fittings. The block valve effectively isolates downstream process fluids, while the bleed valve expels upstream fluids, enabling the removal of static pressure transmitters, switches, or gauges without disrupting the permanent piping setup.

Positioned in a 90° orientation, the block valve is situated on the right, and the bleed valve is located on top, with venting directed to the left. Rigorously tested with 100% helium leak testing to 1 x 10-4 ml/s, these valves ensure consistent and reliable performance. The 2603/2604 Series hard seat valves boast a pressure rating of 10,000 psi at 200 °F, while the 2703/2704 Series soft tip valves are rated up to 6,000 psi under the same conditions.
