NOSHOK 3510 Series 3-Valve Differential Pressure Manifold Valves Soft Seat (0.375” Orifice)

The NOSHOK 3510 Series 3-Valve Differential Pressure Manifold Valves, featuring a 0.375” orifice and a soft seat, are designed for differential pressure transmitters with two isolation valves and an equalizing valve for accurate pressure measurement. These valves are available in block, single flange, or double flange connections, suitable for both remote and direct installation.

Each valve is rigorously tested with 100% helium leak testing to 1 x 10-4 ml/s, ensuring exceptional performance and reliability. With a soft seat design rated up to 6,000 psi at 200 °F, these valves include a replaceable Acetal seat and straight through porting for bidirectional, high-capacity flow and easy roddable cleaning.

The blow-out proof stem provides an additional seal when fully open, while FKM o-ring seals and PTFE back-up rings below the stem threads protect against corrosion and galling. All stems are made from 316 stainless steel, ensuring durability and longevity.
