The NOSHOK 5040/5090 Series 5-Valve Power Pattern & Natural Gas Manifold Valves, featuring a compact style and hard seat design, are ideal for use with differential pressure transmitters. The power pattern variant incorporates two isolation valves, one equalizing valve, and two vent valves, while the natural gas flow variant includes two isolation valves, two equalizing valves, and one vent valve. Each valve is 100% helium leak tested to 1 x 10-4 ml/s, ensuring exceptional performance and reliability.

The blow-out proof stem provides a secondary seal when fully open, while the FKM o-ring seal and PTFE back-up ring protect against corrosion and galling. Rolled stem threads enhance strength and ease of operation. The valves feature a one-piece bonnet with a metal-to-metal seal to the valve body below the bonnet threads and a slotted spring pin to prevent accidental loosening. Additionally, the bonnets and stems are equipped with labeled and color-coded vinyl dust caps for easy identification.
