NOSHOK 100 Series Mini Hard Seat Needle Valves

The NOSHOK 100 Series Mini Hard Seat Needle Valves are designed for maximum durability and robust performance in the most demanding applications. These compact valves undergo 100% helium leak testing to 1 x 10-4 ml/s, ensuring exceptional performance and reliability. The hard seat valves can withstand maximum pressures of 10,000 psi for Stainless Steel and Steel models, and 6,000 psi for Brass models.

They are available in Zinc-nickel plated Steel, electropolished Stainless Steel, and Brass. The valves feature an FKM o-ring seal and a PTFE back-up ring below the stem threads to prevent corrosion and galling, with optional PTFE or Graphite packing. All stems are made of 316 Stainless Steel.
