NOSHOK 150 Series Mini Soft Tip Needle Valves
The NOSHOK 150 Series Mini Soft Tip Needle Valves are compact, durable, and designed for robust performance in demanding applications. Each valve is 100% helium leak tested to 1 x 10-4 ml/s, ensuring reliable performance. The soft tip valves feature a patented Acetal non-rotating soft tip stem with a backup metal-to-metal seal (U.S. Patent 6,820,857) and can handle a maximum pressure of 6,000 psi.
Available in Zinc-nickel plated Steel, electropolished Stainless Steel, and Brass, these valves include an FKM o-ring seal and a PTFE backup ring below the stem threads to prevent corrosion and galling, with optional PTFE packing. All stems are made of 316 Stainless Steel.
