NOSHOK 2000/2100 Series 2-Valve Static Pressure Block & Bleed, Hard & Soft Seat

The NOSHOK 2000/2100 Series 2-Valve Static Pressure Block & Bleed, Hard & Soft Seat valves integrate isolating and venting functions within a single unit, eliminating the need for additional tubing and fittings. The block valve isolates downstream process fluids, while the bleed valve exhausts upstream fluids, allowing the removal of static pressure transmitters, switches, or gauges without disturbing the permanent piping installation. The block valve is located on the left side, and the bleed valve is positioned on top at a 90° orientation, venting to the right. These valves are rigorously helium leak tested to 1 x 10-4 ml/s to ensure performance and reliability.

The 2000 Series hard seat valves have a pressure rating of 10,000 psi at 200 °F, while the 2100 Series soft seat valves feature a pressure rating of 6,000 psi at 200 °F. The 2100 Series valves include a replaceable Acetal seat and straight-through porting for bidirectional, high-capacity flow and easy cleaning.
