NOSHOK 2070 Series 2-Valve Block & Bleed, Hard Seat Needle Valves

The NOSHOK 2070 Series 2-Valve Block & Bleed, Hard Seat Needle Valves streamline the process of isolating and venting by integrating both functions into a single valve, thus eliminating the need for additional tubing and fittings. The block valve effectively isolates downstream process fluids, while the bleed valve vents upstream fluids, allowing instruments to be removed without disturbing the permanent piping installation. Featuring a 1/4" NPT vent plug positioned 90° to the left, this plug can be removed and replaced with exhaust piping to safely direct fluids.

The valves undergo rigorous testing, with 100% helium leak tests conducted at 1 x 10^-4 ml/s to ensure high performance and reliability. They boast a hard seat pressure rating of 10,000 psi at 200°F and include a blow-out proof stem that provides a secondary stem seal when fully opened.
