NOSHOK 2170 Series 2-Valve Block & Bleed, Soft Seat Needle Valves

The NOSHOK 2170 Series 2-Valve Block & Bleed, Soft Seat Needle Valves offer a streamlined solution for isolating and venting by combining both functions into a single valve, thereby eliminating the need for additional tubing and fittings. The block valve isolates downstream process fluids, while the bleed valve vents upstream fluids, allowing for the removal of instruments without disturbing the permanent piping installation. Equipped with a 1/4" NPT vent plug located 90° to the left, the plug can be removed and replaced with exhaust piping to safely direct fluids.

The valves are rigorously tested, with 100% helium leak tests conducted at 1 x 10^-4 ml/s, ensuring high performance and reliability. They feature a pressure rating of 6,000 psi at 200°F, a replaceable Acetal seat, and straight-through porting for bidirectional, high-capacity flow and easy cleaning. Optional PCTFE or PEEK soft seats are also available.
