NOSHOK 2530 Series 2-Valve Natural Gas Manifold Valves Large Bore, 90° Angle (0.375” Orifice)

The NOSHOK 2530 Series 2-Valve Natural Gas Manifold Valves, featuring a 90° angle and a large 0.375” orifice, are specifically engineered for natural gas applications with differential pressure transmitters. These valves incorporate two isolation valves to ensure optimal safety and performance. They include a non-rotating stem tip as a standard feature on the large bore isolation valves, enhancing durability and reliability.

Each valve undergoes rigorous testing, including 100% helium leak testing to 1 x 10-4 ml/s, guaranteeing consistent and dependable operation. With a soft seat design rated up to 6,000 psi at 200 °F, they feature a replaceable Acetal seat and straight through porting, facilitating easy cleaning of the block valves. A blow-out proof stem offers additional security by providing a secondary seal when fully open. Further protection against corrosion and galling is provided by an FKM o-ring seal and PTFE back-up ring positioned below the stem threads.
