NOSHOK 2602/2702 Series 2-Valve Mini Block & Bleed Manifold Valves Hard Seat & Soft Tip (0.141” Orifice)

The NOSHOK 2602/2702 Series 2-Valve Mini Block & Bleed Manifold Valves, featuring a 0.141” orifice, integrate isolation and venting functions within a single valve, eliminating the need for additional tubing and fittings. The block valve isolates downstream process fluids, while the bleed valve vents upstream fluids, allowing for the removal of static pressure transmitters, switches, or gauges without disturbing the permanent piping installation.

These compact valves are designed to fit into tight spaces, with valve placement on the top and mounting holes provided for convenient installation, while venting is positioned to the left. Each valve undergoes thorough testing, including 100% helium leak testing to 1 x 10-4 ml/s, ensuring consistent performance and reliability. The 2602 Series hard seat valves boast a pressure rating of 10,000 psi at 200 °F, while the 2702 Series soft tip valves are rated up to 6,000 psi under the same conditions.
