NOSHOK 3070 Series 3-Valve Double Block & Bleed, Hard Seat Needle Valves

The NOSHOK 3070 Series 3-Valve Double Block & Bleed, Hard Seat Needle Valves integrate isolating and venting functions within a single valve, eliminating the need for additional tubing and fittings. The block valve isolates downstream process fluids, while the bleed valve vents upstream fluids, allowing instruments to be removed without disrupting the permanent piping installation.

Featuring a 1/4" NPT vent plug positioned 90° to the left, it can be replaced with exhaust piping to safely direct fluids. These valves are rigorously helium leak tested to 1 x 10-4 ml/s to ensure performance and reliability, boast a hard seat pressure rating of 10,000 psi at 200 °F, and include a blow-out proof stem that provides a secondary stem seal when fully open.
