NOSHOK 400 Series Standard, Hard Seat Needle Valves

The NOSHOK 400 Series Standard Hard Seat Needle Valves are designed for exceptional performance and reliability, with each valve undergoing 100% helium leak testing to 1 x 10-4 ml/s. Featuring a blow-out proof stem that provides a secondary stem seal in the fully open position, these valves include an FKM o-ring seal and a PTFE backup ring below the stem threads to prevent corrosion and galling, with optional PTFE or Graphite packing available for certain NPT sizes.

All stems are made from 316 Stainless Steel, and the stem threads are rolled for enhanced strength and smooth operation. The one-piece bonnet features a metal-to-metal seal to the valve body below the bonnet threads.
