NOSHOK 600 Series Block & Bleed, Hard Seat Needle Valves

The NOSHOK 600 Series Block & Bleed, Hard Seat Needle Valves feature a block and bleed design, enabling pressure to be released without disrupting the permanent piping installation, which facilitates the quick and easy removal or replacement of instruments. Each valve is rigorously tested with 100% helium leak testing at a rate of 1 x 10-4 ml/s to ensure exceptional performance and reliability. These valves are rated for a pressure of 10,000 psi at 200 °F.

They incorporate a blow-out proof stem that provides a secondary stem seal in the fully open position, enhancing safety. To prevent corrosion and galling, the valves are equipped with an FKM o-ring seal and a PTFE back-up ring below the stem threads, with optional PTFE or Graphite packing.
