NOSHOK 700 Series Block & Bleed, Soft Seat Needle Valves
The NOSHOK 700 Series Block & Bleed Soft Seat Needle Valves feature a block and bleed design that enables pressure to be released without disturbing the permanent piping installation, facilitating the quick and easy removal or replacement of instruments. Each valve is meticulously tested with 100% helium leak testing at a rate of 1 x 10-4 ml/s to ensure outstanding performance and reliability.
These valves have a pressure rating of 6,000 psi at 200 °F and are designed with a replaceable Acetal seat and straight-through porting for bidirectional, high-capacity flow and easy cleaning with a rod. Optional PCTFE or PEEK soft seats are available. Additionally, the blow-out proof stem provides a secondary stem seal when in the fully open position, enhancing safety and reliability.
