NOSHOK 800/850 Series Bleed, Hard Seat & Soft Tip Needle Valves

The NOSHOK 800/850 Series Bleed, Hard Seat & Soft Tip Needle Valves offer a convenient solution for relieving process pressures trapped between a shut-off valve and the instrument. These valves utilize the same bonnet assemblies as the 100/150 Series mini valves, featuring an integrated single threaded body for easy insertion into the vent port.

The soft tip valves include a patented Acetal non-rotating soft tip stem and a back-up metal-to-metal seal, ensuring a reliable performance. Each valve is rigorously helium leak tested at 1 x 10-4 ml/s, guaranteeing exceptional performance and reliability. The hard seat versions have a pressure rating of 10,000 psi at 200 °F. These valves are available in zinc-nickel plated steel, electropolished stainless steel, and brass.
