PCI DCB Rollers
PCI DCB Rollers are specialized components engineered to follow cam or track curvatures, translating machine motion while managing moderate to heavy combination loads. Built with two rows of cylindrical roller bearings, these assemblies offer a significant upgrade over traditional cam followers by better accommodating complex loading patterns.
They feature PCI’s proprietary Infinity Roller Technology, which includes custom profiled rolling elements, enhanced grease capacity, and rugged rubber seals for an optimized lifespan in demanding environments. Available in both stud (concentric or eccentric) and yoke mounting styles with plain or crowned body profiles, these rollers are finished with a black oxide coating to ensure maximum durability and reliable performance.
