Rollon YZ PAR+PAR Linear System

The Rollon YZ PAR+PAR rack and pinion-driven system is a 2D gantry designed for payloads up to 300 kg, with an unlimited Y-axis stroke, making it ideal for dirty environments. It delivers speeds up to 2.5 m/s and acceleration up to 5 m/s², ensuring high-performance motion. Available in various size combinations (170/90 to 360/280 mm), it features hardened and ground helical teeth for smooth and precise movement.

The system consists of "Tecline PAR" linear units, providing excellent repeatability even over long distances. Its lightweight yet rigid Y-Z structure is composed of extruded, anodized aluminum beams, with numerous customizable options like automatic lubrication, anti-fall safety devices, and integrated cable carriers. Each manipulator is custom-made to meet specific requirements.
