Rollon YZ PAR+PAS Linear System

The Rollon YZ PAR+PAS rack and pinion-driven system is a robust 2D gantry designed to handle payloads up to 300 kg, with an unlimited Y-axis stroke. It offers speeds up to 2.5 m/s and acceleration of 5 m/s², ensuring reliable performance even over long distances. Available in a range of sizes (170/90 to 360/280 mm), the system features hardened and ground helical teeth for smooth motion. Built from "Tecline PAR" linear units, it provides excellent repeatability and precision.

The lightweight yet rigid Y-Z structure is made of extruded, anodized aluminum alloy beams and each manipulator is custom-made. Options like automatic lubrication, anti-fall safety devices, and integrated cable carriers enhance its versatility, with support for multiple independent Z-axes.
