Rollon YZ SAR+SAR Linear System

The Rollon YZ SAR+SAR rack and pinion-driven system is a lightweight 2D gantry designed for payloads up to 60 kg, with polyamide-coated rollers and an unlimited Y-axis stroke. Capable of speeds up to 2.5 m/s and accelerations of 5 m/s² along the Y-axis, it offers a configurable workspace of up to 50,000 mm in the Y direction and 2,000 mm in the Z direction.

This system combines "Speedy SAR" and "Speedy ZSY" linear units with self-supporting, hard-anodized aluminum rails, providing a durable and efficient Y-Z structure. Each manipulator is custom-built to order, ensuring precise, tailor-made solutions.
