Rotary Table Cylinders
Rotary table cylinders are designed to allow a turning or angular movement, having an oscillating motion through a fixed angle. The rotary table cylinder has an ultra-low profile and high power because of the elliptic cylinder. Rotary table cylinders are durable, offer high force, and can be used in hazardous environments.
Rotary table cylinders include rack and pinion and vane configurations. Rack-and-pinion cylinders consist of a piston and rack that move linearly and make a pinion gear and output shaft rotate. A vane actuator consists of a vane mounted on a central shaft enclosed in the cylinder. The vane rotates upon pressurization and continues to rotate until it reaches the end of the stroke. Air pressure applied to the other side of the vane causes it to rotate the shaft in the opposite direction.
