U-PACE is a comprehensive tool for enhancing work processes related to instrumentation.

This utilizes IO-Link technology for intelligent networking, a core component of Industry 4.0. For temperature-dependent measurements, media temperature data from the respective sensor can be used to enable compensated measurements.

Additionally, the smart electronics implementation offers numerous diagnostic functions, such as detecting defective temperature sensors and identifying empty pipes.

Moreover, three filter functions—standard, IIR, and exponential smoothing—are supported to compensate for pulsations, such as those caused by peristaltic pumps.

The device family includes:

• DON: Oval gear flow meter for low and high viscosity liquids.

• DUK: Ultrasonic flow meter for various media, irrespective of media conductivity.

• MIK: Magnetic flow meter for conductive, corrosive media.

• MIM: Magnetic flow meter for conductive liquids (stainless steel version).

• MIS: Magnetic flow meter for conductive liquids (flange version).
