Zilmet Air and Dirt Separators (ZADS) are engineered to remove entrained air and debris from hydronic systems, improving efficiency and system longevity. Available in both standard and high-velocity models, they can be equipped with or without removable replacement cartridges to suit different maintenance needs.
Each unit is built from durable carbon steel, with stainless steel or optional copper mesh coalescing media for reliable performance. ZADS units are rated for 250°F and 150 PSIG, ensuring safe operation under demanding conditions. Optional magnetic filtration is also available to capture ferrous particles for enhanced system protection.
