perma NOVA MOBILGREASE XHP 222 with 125 cc volume single-point automatic lubricators are used for roller and sliding bearings, sliding guides, open gears, gear gaskets, gear racks, shaft seals and chains located in areas with considerable temperature variations, such as outside installation. The system consists of a reusable control unit, a lubricant canister (LC) filled with grease or oil (with integrated oil retaining valve), and a protection cover. The discharge period (1 - 12 months) of the lubricant can be easily programmed by pushing the SET-button on this control unit. A temperature sensor periodically measures the ambient temperature and the control unit calculates the required gas generation based on this data. The system is protected against dust and water jets when the individual parts are assembled correctly.
