perma FUTURA Food grade oil H1 SO70 automatic lubrication system with 120 cc volume is suitable for the areas that require hygiene or for harsh operating conditions, which may lead to corrosion of metal lubricators or electronic systems. Due to its resistance to corrosion it is especially suited for the food industry. It can be used for roller and sliding bearings, open gears, gear racks, chains, sliding guides, spindles and shaft seals. The lubricant operation principle is based on an electromagnetic reaction. The lubrication period is decided by the color coded activator screws. Depending on the requirements of application you can discharge 120 cc in a period of 1, 3, 6 or 12 months. The activator screw creates pressure of max 58 psi / 4 bari, which moves the piston forward and continuously injects small lubricant amounts into the lubrication point.
