Perma 118216 STAR VARIO CONTROL Gen 3.0 Drive
The Perma 118216 STAR VARIO CONTROL Gen 3.0 Drive is a precision lubrication system powered externally and designed for reliable, automated lubrication up to 5 meters from the application point. It features two operating modes: TIME, which releases lubricant based on operating hours, and IMPULSE, which dispenses a set amount whenever voltage is applied. The drive works with 60, 120, 250, or 500 cm³ lubricant cartridges and maintains consistent output up to 6 bar, regardless of temperature or back pressure. With a clear display, visual and electronic status signals, tamper protection via PIN, and easy integration into PLC systems, it’s well-suited for lubricating bearings, guides, chains, and electric motors. Its IP65-rated housing also ensures protection from dust and water during use.
