We offer Gen 2.0 1/4" NPT male x G1/4 female Support Flanges with brass/plastic material used for perma STAR CONTROL lubrication system. perma STAR CONTROL is machine / PLC controlled, which can easily be integrated into machines with external power supply. The operating status can be transmitted to the PLC. This lubrication system offers two operating modules - TIME and IMPULSE, for more flexibility. In TIME mode, discharges are only carried out when the machine is in operation. In the case of IMPULSE mode, the system discharges a predefined lubricant amount every time external power is applied. Perma STAR CONTROL consists of an electromechanical drive unit with an LCD display and an LC unit (available in four different sizes 60 cc, 120 cc, 250 cc, or 500 cc). Perma STAR CONTROL is used for single-point lubrication of open gears, gear racks, spindles, chains, roller- and sliding bearings, etc. They are suitable for applications that require precise lubricant metering. They are protected against dust and water jets when the individual parts are assembled correctly.
